This machine is professional for making folded medical nonwoven bedsheets. It has high producing capacity and running stability.

1. The dimension of the machine is about : 11000*2000*3000mm

2. You can use this machine to mainly process: a. spunlace nonwoven fabric; b. sponbond nonwoven fabric; c. SMS/SMMS; d. latex-bonded airlaid paper; etc.3. The size of raw material allowed: maximum width of raw material jumbo roll: 1600mm; maximum diameter of raw material jumbo roll: 110mm.4. The producing speed: 20-30pcs/min (depending on different sizes of the bedsheets you want to make), the size tolerance allowed after folding: ±2.0cm.5. Total power of the machine is about: 7.5kw. Total weight of the machine is about: 4.5ton.6. Maim working processes of the machine: (1). Vertical fold (the width of raw material jumbo roll can be folded into maximum 8 parts); (2). Die-cutting (the die-cutting length is controlled by servo motor which maximum size is 240cm); (3). Horizontal fold (the die-cutting length which is also the unfolded length of the finished nonwoven bedsheet can be folded into 2 parts or maximum 4 parts); (4). Pieces counting; (5) Outputting.

7. The die-cutting system is equipped with servo motor to adjust the length of the finished nonwoven bedsheets. You can adjust the length freely, like 200cm, 140cm, 80cm, 70cm, etc.8. The folding way of the nonwoven bedsheet can be changed freely. The machine can finish maximum 8 vertical folds (folded into maximum 8 parts) for the width of the raw material jumbo roll; maximum 2 horizontal folios folds (folded into 2 or 4 parts) for the die-cutting length which is also the unfolded lendth of the finished nonwoven bedsheet. Each horizontal folio fold is finished by one set of servo system.9. The machine is equipped with imported frequency convertor(transducer) to adjust the running speed of the machine. The whole electronic parts in the machine have very reasonable wires layout and easy operation.

10.  The machine has 1 set of automatic raw material feeding device.11. The machine uses PLC.
